Customers travelling from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur by Coach need to call the Hotline Number after crossing SUNGAI BESI TOLL PLAZA for timely pick up from Coach drop off point. - Pickup time in SIC transfers is subject to change +/- 30mins. However, please be ready and available for pickup at the mentioned time as the coach will not wait for more than 5 minutes for the guest. - Maximum waiting time for any PVT transfer is 20 mins. If the wait time exceeds the 20 mins mark additional waiting charges will be applicable. - We will not be responsible to process refund for any unutilized services. Moreover, in case of no show no refund or rescheduling is applicable. - The standard driver waiting time at the airport is 90 minutes, and guests are required to complete the Malaysia Arrival Card details prior to their arrival to prevent any delays at the airport.
